Opened in 1974, James M Ellman Ltd. Land Surveying Company has been servicing the entire Chicagoland area for over thirty years. Surveying technology has certainly changed since then, and we have evolved with it. Using G.P.S., reflectorless total-stations, Carlson and Trimble data collectors, along with AutoCAD and Carlson drafting software allows us to keep up with the most current surveying technology. We have the expertise and knowledge to get any job done accurately and on-time.

 

Our services include residential and commercial surveys, topographical surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, boundary surveys, residential and commercial surveys, construction layout, flood certificates, and condominium surveys.

 

We serve all of the Illinois Chicago Metropolitan area including; Cook County, Lake County, Dupage County, Mchenry County, Kane county, and parts of Will County.
